[qa] Office hour day and time change

Hi everyone, as discussed during the PTG [1] we are changing the date and time of our office hours. The office hour will be taking place on *Wednesdays at 17:00 UTC* [2]. The change is effective *from November 8th*. The meeting agenda is available here [3]. I'm cancelling office hours on Tuesday October 31st and November 7th.
