Wanted to bring your attention for stuck translation proposal jobs for both trove-dashboard and  designate-dashboard (https://zuul.opendev.org/t/openstack/build/e6849eafd29c4ee78c57fff6a8768ac6 ,https://zuul.opendev.org/t/openstack/build/3489b918e89642a4a607665edd6a5d41)

As I have found out this behaviour is caused by jobs running on Ubuntu Focal with Python 3.8.
