Hi, Yesterday we held the Masakari restart kick-off, although the PTL was absent. (I’m still getting used to MeetBot, so I couldn’t use it well.) I’d like to send an email to the PTL and to openstack-discuss with the following points, and then wait for the PTL’s response before proceeding: Regular IRC meeting schedule / cadence: bi-weekly on Mondays, 07:00–08:00 UTC (16:00–17:00 JST) We’ll consider switching to weekly if needed. Merge rule: The patch author and the reviewer/merger should be from different affiliations whenever possible. As a core reviewer (me), I will wait for a +1 from someone else before merging. If self-merge ever becomes necessary, I will raise it in the IRC meeting. Short-term goal: do project maintenance leading up to the Gazpacho release. Our next meeting is planned for Monday, January 5, 2025, 07:00–08:00 UTC (16:00–17:00 JST). If the PTL has any concerns about the above, please let us know. Wishing you a happy new year.
