[tripleo][collectd][snmp]configuration example

Hi, I am trying to enable SNMP plugin for collected by tripleo. I had some tries, but no luck. Can't figure it out by reading puppet module. Could anyone show me an example to configure a list of "host" and "data" in template? Thanks! Tony
