There is one more bug I've reported under cinderlib.

AS reported, currently there is one CI job broken. The issue is currently observed in stable/ussuri only, and

is a potential blocker for CI migration from CentOS8 to CentOS8 Stream[1].

The error looks strange and unfortunately I've not yet got time to identify the cause.
