I am Immaculate Atim, an outreachy applicant, interested to work on open stack project #1 Add missing CLI support for some Glance API in Openstack Client . I request to work on the issue of Unhelpful error message when neutron server is unavailable. I would like to submit a patch for the stable/ocata branch that fixes this issue if it is decided that this is the right way to fix this issue. I commented to work on it but did not get any feedback so I would be glad to get feedback on this.
