Do we still have py27 jobs on tripleo CI ? If so I think it is time to drop it completely as the deadline is 13th Feb. Because there might be more incompatible dependencies as py2 drop from them is speedup. NOTE: stable branch testing till rocky use the stable u-c now to avoid these issues. -gmann
