I'm a bit new in OpenStack but really interested and wanted to build a VDI management system based on OpenStack.

So I started setting up OpenStack on VirtualBox using devstack.

I used Ubuntu22.04 jammy and configured local.conf like the attached file.

I tried setting up Nova, cinder, neutron, swift, glance, ceph, heat, and ceilometer components. But even though I was able to run the stack.sh command successfully, when I logged in horizon dashboard, I couldn't see the Orchestration menu item from the left side.

Anybody help me please to set up a work environment to see the Orchestration menu item? Also, I would be very appreciative if anyone could share the open source/reference link to develop VDI based on OpenStack.
