Hello All, after a compute node failure if I try to reset state and hard reboot an instance it fails because disk.config file does not exist. 

I am using cinder with netapp nfs driver and I am using disk config drive.

It happens also on stein.

Any help, please ?

It can be' solved creating the disk.config with touch command but it does not seem a good solution .
