[cinder] victoria virtual PTG time slots

I've signed up Cinder for the following timeslots in the "Havana" room for the Victoria virtual PTG: Tuesday, June 2: 13:00-16:00 UTC Wednesday, June 3: 13:00-16:00 UTC Thursday, June 4: 13:00-16:00 UTC Friday, June 5: 13:00-16:00 UTC Not very creative (same 3 hour period each day), but I couldn't find a better solution.
