[ops][neutron] Review of OVN Deployment With Provider Networks

Hello All Trying to leverage OVN(ML2) with Openstack, would like to get community review on deploying OVN with Provider Network based mode (using vlan), don't want to use Project based networks. This is to migrate existing linux bridge based deployment to OVN ( with all running vms ) Looking for community support/feedback in adopting this model
