I would like to propose Yatin Karel (IRC: ykarel) as a member of the Neutron core team.

Yatin is a long time Openstack developer, and started concentrating to Networking projects in the last few cycles.

His experience, proactivity and sharp eye proved to be very helpful both in reviews and fixing issues.
