This is a pretty cool thing, in fact, Watcher has always been a choice to save energy
for OpenStack during the stable phase of the project.
I previously replied in the commit, but due to the nature of my personal work,
I was unable to provide a timely response.
But the architecture and documentation about the Watcher were still quite clear.
If you have time, I hope you can help host it.
