[infra][kuryr][launchpad]

Hi, Seems like the bugs integration with Launchpad for Kuryr is broken since the Gerrit upgrade - the patches with Closes-Bug: <id> are no longer picked up by Launchpad and bug statuses are not updated. Is it a known problem or are there any extra steps we need to as a Kuryr team do to reenable the integration? Thanks, Michał
