[keystone] No meetings over the holidays

As discussed at yesterday's meeting, we'll cancel keystone team meetings for the next two weeks for the winter holidays. The next keystone meeting will be Tuesday, January 7 (17:00 UTC, #openstack-meeting-alt). Colleen
