[all] Fixtures & monkey patching issue with Python 3.9

Hi, Please see these: https://bugs.debian.org/973239 https://github.com/testing-cabal/fixtures/issues/44 Is this affecting OpenStack? Could I just ignore these tests? Or is there an easy solution? Cheers, Thomas Goirand (zigo)
