Hello,

I would like to request a requirements freeze exception to unpin XStatic-Font-Awesome and bump it from 4.7.0.0 to 6.2.1.2 [1].

This version doesn't use pkg_resources in build.
From Horizon side we have worked around the required changes to use newer versions of the font [2], and after the requirements upgrade to 6.2 the hack can be safely removed.
