As most probably know by now, being core/PTL on master doesn't translate
necessarily to understanding the stable review policy [1] but looking at
Slawek's stable branch reviews it looks like he's been very active
already [2]. So +1 from me.

I can say as neutron stable core that, I know I will have an easy stable review when I see that author, so +1 from me
