Some of core contributors are inactive for a year or more and their priorities

have been changed. I suggest to remove the following contributors from core reviewers

of Watcher:

- Joe Cropper

- Prashanth Hari

- Prudhvi Rao Shedimbi

- Susanne Balle

- Vincent Francoise

- David Tardivel

If some of them would like to get back to work on Watcher, I see no barriers for that.
