[cinder] Canceling this week's meeting (3rd April)

Hello Argonauts,

Given that tomorrow is the 2024.1 Caracal release and PTG coming up next week, we decided in last week's meeting to cancel the cinder meeting, which was going to be held on 3rd April, 2024. See you all next week at the PTG!
