I'd like to apologize to the community -- typically these zoom-based meetings are uploaded to youtube for later review. Due to an issue with the recording process there is no recorded video of today's meeting.
As always, decisions are made for the TC in Gerrit or other public, asynchronous venues, and minutes were kept in IRC as a record of discussion in the meeting. Sorry that some of the context for this week will be missing.
