The Y cycle PTL nomination will start on 17^th August.  Firstly, I want to give a big thanks to all of you, thank you for the continuously support and contribution for Cyborg.  As I have been this role for almost 2 cycles, I think it is better to have someone else to take this role which can bring us new ideas.
