Yadnesh ramped up pretty quickly in the Telemetry project space and
helped with fixing the gate, but also proposed enhancements and fixes
for ceilometer, aodh and the clients.
He provided good and helpful reviews, and if I don't hear any voices
against it, I'd promote him to core in 7 days.
