Hello,

I took a look at our core team ansible-collections-openstack-core in Gerrit.[1]
There are people that might be not participating in the development of Ansible Openstack collections anymore:[2]

Jesse Pretorius
Julia Kreger
Kevin Carter
Mohammed Naser
Monty Taylor

If there are no objections from them, I'd like to propose we remove these folks from our core team, while thanking them for their contributions.
If anyone still wants to resume their work on collections or just want to help in reviews and merges, please let me know. Same if you are sure you don't plan to participate in collections development in the next future and would like to be removed from the list for now.

Please reply and let me know any agreements or concerns.
