thank you for all this work, all this information.

I currently have a working Victoria Openstack, but, I'm sorry, I don't see how to apply these changes. I read the information, I reread, I look (google) for additional information to understand the commands that I do not know enough about (diff git for example ....), I do not know how to do it.

I don't have ipsec.py and librewan_ipsec.py files (except in docker containers), so if I understand correctly:

- get the patches (how? Thanks in advance)

- copy the files to the containers (only neutron_l3_agent I think)

- relaunch the container

Is it this ?
