Hi,
If you start the service with debug enabled it will log the operational configuration values and you have to search for the parameter to see what the value is on the run.
If you haven't enabled debug you can trigger Guru Meditation Reports [1] and it will output the configuration in the logs as well.

Which version of OpenStack are you running? There could be a case where the code doesn't support these config options. This support was added in Victoria upstream.

The expected result is creating 4 backups simultaneously Have anyone face this issue ? or Do I config a wrong configuration ?
