While I don't have a solution for the syncing issue you're encountering, I would suggest reporting a bug on Launchpad. Please include the steps you took to reach this situation, as that will help others try to reproduce the issue and identify any potential problems.
Also, I wanted to mention that your email was marked as spam in my Gmail client. I'm not sure why, but it might be related to the font you used.

Hello Everyone,
I have a strange problem, I wanted the designate services as
hidden master, everything works fine, expect that
the designate server does only sync with the master DNS server if
I do a reboot of the host where the designate docker is on, or I
have to restart
the designate docker.
Has anyone an idea how to fix that ?
