Yes, sure, my fault, meant ansible-base 2.10.*, and not switching to ansible-core because right now it feels troublesome to meet Python 3.8 soft requirement (especially on CentOS 8 due to missing libselinux bindings).

Just to make sure, do you mean ansible-base 2.10.* ?
In 2.11 (released this week) it is renamed to ansible-core so there is
no such thing as ansible-base 2.11.
