Splitting amphoras/amphorae across different AZs is not implemented yet AFAIK. I think they are going to discuss it in the next Octavia PTG. I see that Tobias added a similar topic in the PTG's agenda https://etherpad.opendev.org/p/apr2025-ptg-octavia.
