Update: it looks like the jobs are back to passing now (bug has to do with date/time and a missed time override). So, this is no longer urgent.
Jobs should be passing as normal now. The patch below still needs review to prevent periodic problems with the date/time.

This is due to another issue with time overrides (a lack thereof) in the test_archive_task_logs functional tests. The same bug has happened in the past and the fix is now known to have been unsuccessful:
