Hi TripleO team,

With the latest release [1] the release job failed [2] for tripleo-operator-ansible, specifically the "ansible-galaxy" command failed with: "ERROR! Unexpected Exception, this is probably a bug: [Errno 13] Permission denied: '/tmp/collection_built/tripleo-operator-0.7.0.tar.gz'" [3].

Have you seen this kind of error before? Could you have a look at the error?
