Just a short update on the release status.

The project has been tagged yesterday with 29.0.0 version, which means that 2024.1 (Caracal) was finally released for OpenStack-Ansible.

being delayed now for over a week.
This has happened due to finding a couple of nasty bugs during more
thorough testing of the upgrade path from Antelope by our community
members, which happened after RC1 was published.

Currently we are on track and known issues was fixed. We are waiting
now for SHA bumps to land for the final RC3 which will be used as a
29.0.0 tag. I do hope that it will be done by the end of this week.
