[manila] Cancelling June 8th and June 15th weekly meetings

Hello, Since June 8th is a holiday in some countries and that will impact the weekly meeting's attendance numbers, we are cancelling this meeting. The weekly meeting of June 15th is also being cancelled, as some members will be attending the OpenInfra Summit. The next upstream weekly meeting will be on June 22nd. Regards, carloss
