[cloudkitty] IRC Meeting of the 7/12 will exceptionally happen at 9h AM UTC

Hello, After discussion on IRC, it has been decided that the next CloudKitty IRC meeting (which was supposed to happen at 15h UTC on the 7/12) will exceptionally be held at 9h UTC (10h CET) on the same day. The schedule for other meetings remains unchanged (First friday of each month at 15h UTC).
