Hello! Looks like there isn't really a good time for everyone, but hopefully will be doable at least occasionally for more people. The new meeting time is 1:00 UTC Wednesdays (hopefully I did the conversion right since Doodle was showing local time for me). If I mathed wrong, I am happy to update the patch[1].
