I wish I could help but I suspect we'll need more infos. Please file a bug in Launchpad, explain how to reproduce, and provide more logs, like /var/log/messages maybe.
Once the bug filed, we'll take a look and hopefully help you.

Our "openstack tripleo deploy" is failing during "step 1" while trying to configure swift. It looks like the error comes from puppet apply. Looking at the ansible output, the command is:
