our interop master job (jobs for older OpenStack releases are fine) is constantly failing on 2 heat tests:

heat_tempest_plugin.tests.functional.test_software_config.ParallelDeploymentsTest.test_deployments_metadata
heat_tempest_plugin.tests.functional.test_software_config.ParallelDeploymentsTest.test_deployments_timeout_failed

We can't figure out what's going on there. Maybe additional configuration of the deployment is required? New requirements?

Any ideas what the job is missing?
