Hi renliang, You can find the packages from https://tarballs.opendev.org/openstack. We have removed all the libs and only build one package for skyline-apiserver project[0][1]. Also, you can find the skyline-console package[2][3]. Now, the skyline has no official packages from pypi. After skyline release from openstack, it will be pushed by openstackci[4].
