I'm not sure about the maintainers/releases issue though.

We have a problem with "openstack-tox-docs” CI job, see [1]. It seems like the new version of Sphinx (2.0.0) is not compatible with sphinxcontrib-pecanwsme 0.9.0.

Does anyone know how to better address this? I guess there needs to be a new version of sphinxcontrib-pecanwsme that fixes this bug but I’m not even sure that this project is maintained.
