Today I happened to notice that unit tests in zaqar is broken because some tests requires base test class from oslo.db which was removed in 13.0.0 release[1]. The 13.0.0 release of oslo.db was made during 2023.2 cucle so these tests are also broken in stable/2023.2 branch.
In addition, py311 job was made voting in master but is broken and we probably need to fix bindep.txt so that it works in Debian 12.
I'm sending this mail so that people maintaining the project is aware of the situation. I'll add [tc] tag because if the CI is not fixed then zaqar may become a new candidate for inactive projects.
