[DevStack] Fail to install devstack (stable/2024.2)

Hi OpenStack Community Since a few weeks ago, I've been getting an error on neutron module import when installing devstack. I still can't get rid of the error, how can I fix it? Hi everyone, I’m interested in contributing to Neutron. Could you please guide me on how to start understanding its codebase and logic? I have experience working with OpenStack, and I’m familiar with OVS and OVN, as well as their concepts.
