[releaseteam] Changing the meeting time.

Hello all, Now that the world has completed it's biannual calendar confusion dance, and Stein is pretty darn close to being released. I'd like to move the release team meeting to a time I can attend[1] It's going to be hard to find a time that works for the whole team given out 'follow the sun' support model. IIUC we have[2]: * Australia * Europe * US East * US Central * US West Which means someone (or some people) are going to be inconvenienced. If needed, we could do 2 meetings one for AU+EU and then another for AU+US but I'd much rather have a single meeting to keep everyone on the same page. [trove] Trove CI and review

Hi team, You may have noticed that after we migrating the trove CI job to Ubuntu Bionic, there are some non-voting jobs keep failing because of some inconsistency issues or incompatible installations inside the guest agent image. I have been working on the fix, but would appreciate if any of you could offer some help, especially if you care about the database types relating to those failed jobs. Additionally, as the team core reviewers, please keep review, or at least leave some comment on the patches showing that you are interested but don't have time at the moment. Be aware of that, given the current situation of review activities in the project, it's acceptable for only one core reviewer to merge patches, especially those trivial ones such as CI fixes, documentation, etc. Thanks! --- Lingxian Kong Catalyst Cloud

Hi Trinh, I work in cloud telemetry area. Followed through the mailing list, IRC chat and the etherpad. I see most folks participating are from Asia or EU. Feel free to add your comments on that change as we would like to avoid breaking a job that may be still needing them -- we tried to identify jobs using them, even on queens and rocky branches but so far we did not find any job still using these files (the upgrade ones are using standard release files and emit releases). PS. The reason for removal of these files is that we are trying to add some validation of the release config files, and those were found as containing some invalid data. Thanks Sorin Sbarnea
