Monty is correct. All of the IP owned by OpenStack LLC was transferred to the Foundation. IANAL but IIRC this is correct/valid. When the OpenStack Foundation was formed, the IP owned by the original LLC was transferred to the Foundation. https://review.openstack.org/#/c/22684/ for instance did this in Nova back in February of 2013.
