Personally, I generally prefer giving folks as much notice as possible. If the week after would work, I suspect we may have better attendance for a focused discussion. Sadly, I've had an unavoidable internal meeting land in that same timeslot so I'll miss tomorrow's call. I don't want to hold this up so please go ahead, though maybe record the call if that's acceptable to all?
