Greetings,

I happened to speak with Allison Price about this last week, and she asked if any board member had expressed interest. I told her that no board member had expressed interest in doing an adjacent meeting along with the next Summit in the greater Paris area. If there is actual interest I'm sure we could, but the consensus of my discussion with Allison was more so to focus on virtual instead of in-person for the board meeting.

Thoughts? Discussions?

(a) the South Korea pattern from last year (no collocated board meeting)

or:

(b) the Berlin/Vancouver model (collocated board meeting the day before Summit kicks off)
