    <p><font face="Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif">I agree we should take
        sign ups in advance, but announce at the conference that we are
        taking walk-ins.  That way people will not sign up and just
        assume that they will be able to walk in.  I would encourage us
        to do the registration greeting thing and tell them that they
        can sign-up/walk in then.</font><br>
