      work hourw as IRC is blocked on my company network.  Voice is SO

          <div>There was a lot of comments on the ML on using Voice vs
            IRC for our meetings. I’m not sure whether the ML discussion
            reflects the preference for the people who are actively
            involved/or want to be actively involved  in this work group
            or not.  In order
            to be widely accessible, I’d like to propose that we start
            using IRC for our meetings (#openstack-meeting appears to be
            open at this time). If you want to propose a different
            approach, pls respond to the ML.</div>

          <div>We had decided to meet bi-weekly and I will be sending
            out a meeting invitations for each of these meeting times. </div>
