Subject: [Women-of-openstack] Retiring this list

The Women of OpenStack was combined with the Diversity and Inclusion WG
several months ago and beyond some announcements from me this list hasn't
been active. So we will be retiring this list in the next week and I
encourage everyone to join foundation at lists.openstack.org if you haven't
already done so. As always you can email me directly if needed.
