[Women-of-openstack] Speed Mentoring update

Emily,

I'm on both sides of the fence on not having a mentee sign up.

pro:
You know who's coming(to some degree, you'll always have no shows and drop
ins)
You know how many of each type of mentor you'll need (this might be solved
by letting mentors being able to select multiple areas so you can shuffle
on the fly)

con:
You won't know who, if anyone is coming(or atleast planning to)
You might exceed available resources (seats or even mentors)
