[Women-of-openstack] WoO Goes to the PTG!

Caseys seems to have good food, and they said that Wednesday they are
typically not busy. It was a little loud, but there was also outdoor
seating. Bar Louie is next door to a movie theater, which makes me
think that it could be very busy.
